Fleet manager

Your qualifications, skills and abilities:

• successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
• initial experience in the field of fleet management or vehicle procurement
• good handling of MS-Office products
• valid class B driving license
• organizational talent and structured way of working
• high degree of service orientation and the ability to work in a team
• fluent in English and German beneficial
• confident in analytical methods, e.g. cost calculations

Responsibilities:

• management of our Europe-wide fleet of approx. 300 vehicles in close cooperation with the Strategic Lead Buyer "Fleet"
• support of entire vehicle ordering process from vehicle handover to vehicle return
• collaboration with leasing companies, dealers, insurances and garages
• internal alignment with users, HR and purchasing
• administration of vehicle files, vehicle evaluation, condition inspection and regular control of driver's licenses 
• invoice control, operating costs statement cost control
• conduct cost analysis and support cost- and environmental reporting
• service oriented across various functions and countries 
• capability to cooperate and work within a multi-disciplinary team 
• strong service culture, organizational skills and a good sense of responsibility
• careful and responsible handling of the vehicles entrusted to you
